She was totally professional and competent and had a warm engaging and caring personality. I could not have been more pleased or impressed. (And I come from a family of docs)."

"My husband had a sinus infection. We were on vacation. Told the physician that he gets sinus infections maybe 2 times a year and what antibiotic works and what doesn't. We even provided him with the name of the medication that his system responds to. However, the physician seemed to think he knew more about what works for a patient he has never seen than the 65-year-old patient. So, we picked up what he ordered and to make a long story short when we went back home, he was not any better, actually worse, and we had to go back to the doctor so he could get the medication that works for him. You know it wasn't like he was asking for a controlled substance!! It was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.....oh by the way Medicare was billed over $300 for that waste of time!! We hadn't met the deductible so we had to pay for the total waste of time. Maybe some may think about listening to their patients; especially one they have never seen and will never see again for sure!! This is my first negative review about anything, but felt it was important to share our experience there."
