"This place is a joke. I went for a physical for CDLrecertification and first they signed off on medical card as 6 years when I am only allowed one. Now keep in mind that I drove a total of 4 hours to get this done. Get to DDS and they refused it so drove 4 hours again the next day waited over an hour for doctor who was supposed to be in at 10 am but didn't show up until 10:40. Got new card got to DDS and again rejected because they left info off. Priceless right now I sit at DDS hoping that it will be correct. This is what they do mind you. You would think that they would have it together. I wouldn't ever use this place but my company makes us go there. Avoid this place at all costs."
"This place is a joke; if you go there to get your medical card verify it and make sure that it is correct before even leaving their office. They have screwed up my card 4 times now and I live over an hour and a half away. Their inability to correctly fill out a CDL medical card is now hindering my ability to get hired. How hard is it to do your job correctly?!?!?!?!"
"These people just cut two of my husband's 14 inch locs off and he has two freaking big bald spots on his head now. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CUT OFF PEOPLE'S LOCS!!!!! This was disrespectful not only to our culture but to our religion. All they could say was sorry and that the person who did it was new and still being trained. He has plenty of loose hair from new growth that are not in locs so there was no excuse for that. Once he gets his hair retwisted it will be really noticeable. It took almost two years to grow them that long its not something you can just fix. They need to learn about different hair textures of different races before they start chopping people's hair off."
