"Musc use to be a great hospital. Ever since Covid came in the picture. They have fell off tremendously. You wait at least a week for your pain meds. They respond time suppose to be 48 hrs. If you don’t stay on top of them, you will be in pain for at least a week. I’ve been with them for at least 10+yrs. And I’m DONE with the way they handled the situation/ patients."

"I waited 1.5 months for an appointment, so today when I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment as recommended and waited over an hour to not be seen I was very disappointed. I wish I could say good things about this place. I had to cancel my appointment because I couldn’t wait any longer, and with the office closing in 15 minutes it wasn’t worth 5 minutes of face time with the doctor. My only explanation was “next time you are waiting more than 30 minutes please come see check in”. MUSC should be ashamed of their patient customer service, I’m just glad I got my money back so I can now wait another 1.5 months to be seen."
