"I went to CareNow for a work related vaccine. The two women at the front desk were very friendly and efficient. The LPN, Gay-Ann, was also very friendly and thorough. My vaccine didn’t hurt at all. She made sure I had copies of my records, which I appreciate greatly. Will definitely come back to CareNow for my future healthcare needs."

"I did the online check in starting at 10am and I was number 2 in the queue. By the time I finished the online paperwork and photo upload they updated my time to arrive at 10:16AM by the time I finished the registration I had about 7 minutes to get there and I live 15 minutes away. I got there at 10:33AM and received a message my time was missed just to come in. I get there and the young lady states she doesn’t even see me in the queue and I needed to fill out the paper work again electronically. Sat there filled it out and they gave me a time of 1:20pm!! 3 hours!! I rushed out of my house to get here for me to disappear in the system and wait 3 hours. I drove over to Roper Express was seen within minutes and checked out by 12pm. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Online check in pointless, useless and front desk is clueless. I increased my starts due to the office manager call and professionalism. She heard my concerns and explained the issues with the online check in."

"Setting up an appointment and checking in online was quick and easy. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. My vitals, roomed and shot was preformed by nurse Alawode, Gay-Ann. She was awesome, even though I was in a lot of pain. She was very friendly and empathetic. Dr Neeva Bose, was also friendly and super supportive of what she was able to treat my back inquiry. She answered all my questions and what to expect from the treatment of my inquiry along with how the medication would help. I whole staff was so great, I would recommend them to anyone. Care Now and I as a patient are very lucky to have this staff. They are a great team and very efficient. I would give them more than 5 out of 5 if it was possible."

"After registering and checking in online to have less of a wait, I waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I had to leave due to another appointment, so I wasn't even seen. Online check in is a joke. I'd advise to go elsewhere. Only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post. I'm editing this to say that I called them and was told to come back that I wouldn't have to wait. True to their word, I was seen promptly and the provider was very nice. So, I would go back if I needed to."
