"I’ll be taking my medical concerns to a different practice, the unprofessionalism and rude comments particularly from the scheduling staff, has driven me away. If you have a surgery scheduled on a Friday, expect a call around 2-3pm The day before to drastically change the schedule. If You can’t Accommodate the new schedule, they give you no alternative but to cancel. I hope an early Friday afternoon was worth losing a patient."

"So far we've taken our teen daughter to Dr. Dumont a few times and have been pleased with how well he listens, examines, and explains the steps and what is going on with her torn hip labrum. Our daughter has surgery next and we have no worries with him or this practice. Everyone we have dealt with for appointments, check ins, check outs, questions, etc. have been kind and helpful. She did try injection with Dr. Pride and he is also very kind, helpful, and very patient with our questions. We haven't had any issues with billing. With something so serious, we feel great knowing we are in good hands through this process."

"I'm going to start by saying the guy that works with new patient appointments does not have the best interest for this practice! I've been trying to make an appointment since Wednesday, October 25, 2023. When I first spoke with him I told him that I could have my medical records transferred to them and he gave me the fax number and instructed me to put it in attention to Dr. McKenzie (I believe that was the doctor's name since I asked him to schedule me with the most experienced doctor). My records were sent the same day and I never hear anything from them. I called back on Monday October 20 first thing in the morning .. no answer so I left them a voicemail, the new patient coordinator guy called me back at 5:25 pm (at that time I was on my way home from work) as soonest I got home I saw the missed call and called back. No answer. So I call back again the next day first thing in the morning and once again no answer. I leave another voicemail asking them to call me between business hours. No calls throughout the day so I call back around 2pm and once again no answer. Then on November 1st I get a call first thing in the morning from the the appointment guy (same guy I talked to the first time) then he's like oh "This is Lexington Orthopedic and Sports Medicine I am returning your call, I said oh yes (assuming that he's calling to make my appointment since this is what I asked for on the voicemail I left him) then again he repeats himself oh this is Lexington Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. At this point I got upset because he should know why he was calling me for. I was like yes my records were faxed over on Wednesday and he's like oh that's strange, I don't have anything I was like well I followed all of your instructions anyway.. long story short he was careless and I got tired of chasing them to make an appointment so I said I'm going to find another doctor and he was like Oh okay. I thank God for options. His attitude speaks volumes of management"

"beware of dr knights nurse Kathleen Austin very upset after she just for no reason stops my pain meds after dr.knight advised me my shoulder needs to be replaced and my shoulder has no cartridge its bone on bone for no reason stops it and in pain gave me no reason as to why my pain meds were stopped I text her over my chart telling her off and get a call from the cops unrealistic believe I need to contact my lawyer to see what I can do about this situation"
