"Mr Hayden don't listen to his patients. I'm a new patient, asked 3x for pain referral. When they did, they sent over information from 12 yrs ago. I don't live there and that's not what I wrote on the information package they gave me to fill out, guess they needed to update their records, or so they said, even tho I've never been there before. So the Pain Clinic they refered me to was calling my number from 12 yrs ago. Needless to say I missed my appointment. Edisto Family Medical asked did you get a letter. Well if I did you mailed it my address from 12 yrs ago the answer is no. I lived in Idaho for 12 yrs! Twice I asked for a glucose meter, he says fine, but I still don't have one and I've been his patient now for a little over 2 months. 3 appointments later. He wouldn't give me the medicine I've been taking for over 4 yrs, gonna let pain clinic do that, nope, this one no scrips just injections, so now after all that he was going to give me my prescription, but never called it in to pharmacy. I've been out of my meds for over 2 weeks now, my osteoarthritis is locking me up, I can't move and I'm 66 with 2 hip replacements, but that man don't care! Also I said something to him about my right hand which I had a cortisone/steroid shot for carpal tunnel. He said "what do you want, pain or carpal tunnel"? Like he can't do 2 things at one time. My doctor's in Idaho were multi taskers!!! IM IN NEED OF A NEW FAMILY DOCTOR!!"
