"You make apt. You wait an hour. She is running late of course because she sees two walk ins before your apt. When you get your turn to she her she rushes you through your scheduled apt. She does not listen to your issues and explains her waiting room is full and has no more time for you. REALLY!!!! I like her and she has been my Dr. for a couple of years. Just maybe stop taking walk ins and open on Fridays if she is booked to heavy. The patient should not be told she is running behind and has patients waiting. That is not my problem! I made and had an apt for weeks in advance. She use to have time and took time for you as her patient. Please get back to how you use to treat your patients with kindness and respect. That is how you built your practice."
