"Came in at 10:50am and left at 1:00pm, never got my paperwork put in by Stephanie. Stephanie was also talking on the phone loudly to where we could all hear her conversation and playing music. This all happened on 01/13/2024, they really need to re-evaluate her working. Others complained too about her , this one lady was there earlier than I and still never got seen. I don’t think the doctors/nurses know what’s going on in the front. I rarely do reviews, so for me to do this is serious…"

"The morning of December 17th I had my grandmother go to get looked at for shoulder pain. She got there at nine o’clock. She waited with another sick elderly women and child for 25 minutes. The staff members can be seen drinking coffee and relaxing. One of them walks to the front after 25 minutes and puts a temporary closed sign up in their faces. No eye contact, just goes to sit back down and drink their coffee. It was raining and cold outside. They made no effort to let them all know they would not be opening. All they had to do is let these poor people know at nine that they might not be opening. I feel bad for the elderly. They get treated so bad these days."

"Had to go in close to closing tonight, and found out they were short staffed today, but staff including the doctor were still very attentive, throughout, and friendly. Unfortunately didn’t catch any names but it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an urgent care, facility is always clean too."
