"This builder built a home for us in 2013 and we moved into the home in February 2014. We had negative experiences during the building process as well as almost all of the follow on dealings with this business. The builder is is incredibly slow to respond and quite often refuses to respond to queries and complaints. While they build nice looking homes, the quality leaves much to be desired. We have spent over $5000 on this new home to correct issues caused by the builder and the cheap materials used. At least one issue was due to negligence as they didn't install a drain pan in the shower, and within a couple of years, our wall had water damage. We had to have someone tear up the shower floor and install a drain pan as well as repair the wall. The neighborhood is now having issues getting the builder to turn over the HOA although the neighborhood has been pretty much fully built for at least 12-18 months. I strongly recommend avoiding this builder. I wish I had seen reviews prior to doing business with these folks, so I want to be sure others have the opportunity to see truthful comments."
