"I moved to Aiken June 2023. As I was supposed to get an echo in June, I attempted to make an appointment with a cardiologist. Filled out paperwork including records request from my previous cardiologist at this practice. In September I still hadn't heard from them so went to office, when I was told they didn't have my records, but then miraculously found them. I was scheduled for an appointment 12/21. I went to the office on12/21, where I was told my appointment had been rescheduled for 3/28, as the doctor was not in. I never received a call informing me of that. I have called 6 times in one day and no one answers the phone or calls you back. I am going to find another cardiologist and will never recommend this practice. I would give a negative star if I could."
