"Ok staff is friendly except for doc and her head nurse I had. I had questions like why is my nipple purple why is it inverting. Is this swelling normal. Normal questions I didn't get to ask because the doc flipped her lid asking for stronger pain meds. If you can go to another treatment center go there. I don't need to feel quitt because a e my pain"
"The Answering Service needs an overhaul. They are rude and insensitive. I know good help is hard to find these days, but an Inservice on how to deal with cancer patients and their families in a caring way would help reduce the stress level for everyone. They answering service really makes this institute look bad when this is the first person you talk to. I see this review a lot here and it seems it is not being addressed. Enabling bad behavior is not helping. Monitoring their calls in how they interact with patients could help."

My mom best friend just had died from breast cancer a week before her diagnosis. I will never forget that as long as I live. I'm a nurse myself and I would NEVER conduct myself as such"

"I am very pleased with the care I received. From the time I stepped into the office, all the way to surgery and discharge. Dr. Orr as well as the rest of the staff communicated with me the 5 W's . For me this is a great comfort. Answering my questions along the way. On the plus side, there is good vibes, positive energy, light hearted, in what I felt as a no judgement atmosphere."
