"On Thursday December 22, 2022 I came in to deposit a check. As I was filling out the deposit slip, the bank manager walked by and asked all the customers if everything was okay and if they needed help with anything except for me. I would conclude that being I was the only customer of color that the bank manager is biased against African American people. As a professional teacher with over 25 years of experience, my motto is “always treat others the way you want to be treated “. Also, we should treat people from all walks of life equally. I would not recommend this branch to anyone."

"The Call Center are much better to work with. Rochelle is the best Branch manager I have seen in the last 7 years at this branch. Do not deal with Gloria. She should be out. She is the reason customer closed their account. If I'm a new customer I would have close my account and take my money to do business else where. She is too tired with her job and it show by the way she interact with clients. She has no PR skills whatsoever. She put no efforts and her mannerism show."
