"Internal Medicine of Greenwood accepted my new patient form and said they'd call and let me know when I could see a doctor, but that it would be a couple of months. After two months I called and discovered they had stopped accepting new patients shortly after accepting my form. They did this without informing me so that I could locate another doctor. I understand that doctors are scarce in small cities and towns, and I understand the wait time. What I find unacceptable is their inability to inform me when circumstances changed. This shows a callous disregard for their clients that is alarming considering their occupation. I would give them no stars if that was an option."
