"Let me start off by saying that I have been going to what is now called Epiphany for many years and was very happy when I saw Dr. Parks, who is no longer there. However, I was unhappy with the lack of care I received from my appointment with a new, to me, dermatologist, so I spoke with Jamie Knight, the office manager. She, in person, appeared to be very helpful and told me that she would talk to billing about my appointment so I wouldn’t be charged twice for an annual visit. She told me she would then call me back to follow up. About 3 weeks passed and I called her back and then was told that she had not heard from the regional director, Amy Degregorio, yet. Jamie told me that she was supposed to have a conference call with her that night at 5, so hopefully she’ll “be able to have the conversation.” Meanwhile, more weeks passed and all I heard was crickets. I then contacted Epiphany again after they didn’t follow through, yet again, and expressed my disappointment in the lack of communication and follow through. I was told that I was welcome to “get my medical records and go somewhere else.” That is when I realized that Epiphany does not care about their patients nor do they have any sort of professionalism in business practices. When you say you’ll call someone and you don’t ever call them back after 1.5 months (and counting), that’s not a medical practice that I want to give my hard-earned money to. They are too busy to thoroughly check your skin, and they are too busy to call anyone back. Horrible experience."
