"I was a performer in this company for 10 years! This company teaches not only performance skills but leadership, confidence, team building, and so much more! There is a spot for every theater lover whether that is on stage performing, or building sets and learning the ropes of back stage production! CYC is different from other Charleston theater programs because you audition to be a part of a company, versus auditioning to be a part of specific shows! I’ve built life long friendships and met a community of people that are there for each other and support one another! Even though I have not pursued theater since graduating in 2019 I often find myself using skills cyc has taught me in my post graduation life!"
