"Good luck dealing with these people. Have a telehealth appointment? No you don't, they're not going to show up. I've had to call to remind them. Extremely unprofessional. Can't even leave voice mails for prescription refills outside of operating hours. Switch to somewhere else as soon as you can."

"I have tried to use them on many different occasions but just end up leaving more stressed out then when I came in. They are constantly getting vital information incorrect no matter how many times you tell them. The communication between everyone is just atrocious. Save yourself the time and go to somewhere that actually cares about you and will give you the care you deserve."

"The whole office experience in a months time from intake to billing has been unprofessional and complete incompetence. They have set up a patient profile in such a way that they cannot figure out who to speak with, who is paying, and with no history gave mental health advise that was physically harmful. If you value your time, money, and wish to seek help for mental health I would go elsewhere."

"Dr. Levy is hands down the best psychiatrist anyone could ever ask for. She cares about your needs and wants, she listens to you. She doesn't just hand out medicine and send you on your way. She gives thorough evaluations and will reevaluate when you feel stuck. She takes the time to check and see if any medications interact with one another and she goes above and beyond for me. She is truly God sent and will forever hold a special place in my heart! When I first came to her I was a mess. I struggled so much with my depression and anxiety. Everytime I would have an appointment no matter how I was feeling she always gave me hope. To not give up that we will figure it out! Once we got my medications right she cared enough to make me do therapy as well. If you're looking for someone who cares, listens and makes you feel heard Dr. Levy is your doctor! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. She's a blessing and I am honored to be one of her patients!!! The front desk is amazing too. They always answer the phone and are prompt to get things done."

"Terrible communication. Terrible therapists. Britney canceled on me and I wasn’t notified. Jessica canceled on me at the last minute and did not notify me. I had to leave work for my appointment and was waiting for 20 minutes with no phone call. My psychiatrist appointment was canceled as well because the office staff failed to inform me that it was an in office appointment. I would highly suggest that you go elsewhere for proper mental care."
