"I am very pregnant and had to make an unexpected move to the area from out of state. I called before my move to set up an appointment to continue my care. They told me after I get my records sent they would call me asap to set up an appointment. They never called. I finally got a hold of them after 2 weeks (called a million times and left voicemails before someone finally called back) and they told me they were unable to see me because they were full. They told me to call another OBGYN and assured me they would be able to see me asap without having my records. I called the other OBGYN, and that was not the case. They were full as well and were not sure why Piedmont referred me. They told me I now have to get Piedmont to send my records. I called for days with no answer then finally they told me to come in the office to fill out the release form. They did not tell me a specific time. I get to the office, and it's completely empty. Apparently they are all on lunch. Someone else who was waiting said they are rarely ever here. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional medical staff. Their complete lack of urgency or care to do the absolute bare minimum to help someone that is days away from their due date is appalling to say the least. I absolutely do not recommend using them for prenatal care (as if you can even reach them for an appointment). Photo below is of the completely empty office I've been sitting in for 30 minutes."
