"Checked in online for my 2 year old and went to the clinic when the text alerts said I was 2nd in line and there was a 24 minute wait. The receptionist informed me that checking in on-line didn’t matter and the wait would be 2 hours. To quote “I don’t know why they send those.” We drove over a half hour to get here because of the connivence of checking in on-line, which is apparently just a scam. I continued to get text alerts about my place in line the entire time I waited. If you claim to offer the technology maybe you should actually use it."
