Now they can't reschedule the appointment for WEEKS, and still have to place the order for the things necessary from the pharmacy for my appointment. Would have expected them to have been better prepared. Look ahead at your schedule to see what's coming in, triage it, order what's necessary. It's better client relations, better Healthcare, better practice, better medicine."
