"This place is horrible! I am my brother's successor guardian since my mother passed away. My brother and myself filled out the necessary paperwork and gave them copies of the court paperwork so I could help make my brothers appointments and call them to get his medicine filled. My brother cannot be off his medication for more than 3 days or he will end up in the hospital. He has a very bad memory so that is why he needs my help. Last visit to this place we told them that we needed to go ahead and set up a appointment and we were told they would have to call me to set up a appointment. They didn't call me they called my brother and he never told me when his appointment was so we missed it. Now he is going to run out of medicine by the time we go to our next appointment. Why is it so hard to call me and leave me a message about his appointment. They have my number and the paperwork that gives them the okay to call me. I'm just trying to help my brother why in the world are they causing me this much stress. I really wish they would get it together. He has been a patient there for 20 years so it's not like they don't have no info about him."

"This place dirty I recently seen a guy call the police on a nurse for trying to give her personal number to a client. These people don't answer the phone for scheduling. These people thank that they been working here for years thank they can treat people any kind of way thank you. Are friends with no disrespect you just give people their medication and ask them how it's works for them.i dont thank people should bring their kids here."

"Sometimes when I need to call back a nurse the secretary can't let me through, but then the nurse always calls me back at some point, so it's fine. They've pretty good service otherwise and good doctors. Heroes really do work here, just be patient. ^_^"
