"the people are nice but the company is greedy and they have a system that doesn't work for some parents. I have spoken with the director and her regional director about the matter but they want to send you rude messages to your phone and when you get ready to make the payment they charge you a processing fee and then if you don't make the payment by the certain day the charge you a 20 dollar late fee. I going to reach out to my child's school board about this after school program . But as of today my child will not be attending. I thought when i signed up the program was there to help parents out but i guess not . The staff who work for the company are nice except for the director which she is not 100% honest Every time i speak with her about certain this she claims that we would be on the same page . I have entered my child in to an after school program i didn't have this problem at all. so this company needs to do a better job to improve on the way the system works and the way the treat their employees."

"My time working here was everything but pleasant. The ONLY thing that kept me working for this company for a year were the students and the staff that I brung in myself… The company only cared about one thing and one thing only. Money! They talk and treat their staff like dogs. When you stand up for yourself you’re targeted in emails/ phone calls or threatened to have the cops called on you. They also never seemed to be all on one accord, and everything was super unorganized. I was thrown into a directors position with little to NO training after the director before me abruptly left. And then I was talked down upon because I wasn’t entirely sure what to do in this new position. When I submitted my two weeks notice I was forced out of my site not even being able to complete my last 2 full weeks. I was unable to say bye to my students/ parents and my staff. They threaten to call the cops on me if I showed up to the school to obtain my personal items or return my school keys (which was school property not even QZ). If you have the option to send your kids to a different after school program I would. Allison Bryant and a Emily Hobit (of sunshine house) are the rudest people I have ever had to work for. So if you’re thinking about working here DON’T! I would work at McDonald’s before I ever THOUGHT about going back to The Quest Zone."

"I wish Aiken County had other after care options. If you can find somewhere else for your aftercare needs consider it! I was charged $15 for extended day fees but my child has NEVER attended on an early release day. Ive been told for 3 weeks now it would be removed but it hasn't. I do not know from week to week how many days my child will attend so I was told when she started I could pay on Friday (because every opportunity we get to avoid Quest Zone we do! Its our last resort) Now they charged me a $20 late fee for not paying by a Tuesday when on that given Tuesday my account had a credit balance!!!! Then they sent threatening texts that my child would not be allowed to attend until I paid their late fee! How in the world do they get away with this kind of business practice?!"

"This place is terrible! If I had any other options my daughter wouldn't attend. Who charges a $20 late fee? I have to pick my daughter up early everyday to keep from them from helping her with her homework because it's done incorrectly often. The people are nice, but the company is greedy! There should be other options for people who don't need but a certain amount of time. The school lets out at 2:30 my husband is off by 2:45 and he's about 12 minutes away. She's one of the first to be picked up everyday... I seriously hate questzone!!! So if you can afford please pay before Tuesday or you'll be paying $72. Did I mention my daughter spends less than 5 hours with them weekly."
