"I used Tatyana Dubay for my recent mortgage. I can not say enough great things about her. She responded quickly to all of my questions whether it was via email or phone. She took the time to really explain the process to me, as things undoubtedly get complicated. We hit a couple pretty bad roadblocks, and Tanya had already come up with a plan B and plan C when things didn't go as planned (no fault of hers!). I really feel she cares about her clients; They say buying a house can be the most stressful thing you do, and Tanya definitely helped ease the stress. Her years of knowledge and expertise really show. She was literally an angel to me throughout the mortgage process, I can't thank her enough and will recommend her to family and friends every time. And I'll continue to use her in the future myself. Save yourself from shopping around and just call her! Thank you for being so wonderful, Tanya!!!!"

"A fantastic alternative to the big banks! I had a poor experience with Wells Fargo and reached out to CNB for their local expertise and consultation. I had a unique situation as an independent business owner and they took the time to understand my needs and created a plan that was perfect for my family. Wells Fargo treated me like a number, CNB treated me like a person in the community. Highly recommend!"

"I faithfully paid back an $83k home loan to CNB. When I later applied for another loan on the same home owned free and clear (putting CNB as first lien holder) I was denied. What was the reason? Another property I own free and clear was viewed as a liability. CNB is a great bank if you don't need to borrow money. ESL happily granted me the loan without jumping through any hoops."

"When I initially went to take out a mortgage at CNB I was told I had been approved by their underwriter. After about a year of looking, when I had finally put in an offer for a house, they then told me I wasn’t approved because of a sudden change in policy. I could, however, use some of CNB’s “products” instead, with the catch being they were much higher interest rates. I worked with Elisa Russo-Gable. Things were fine until I was informed they were not going to honor the initial agreement. At that point the relationship got a little heated. She went back to talk to the underwriter to see if anything could be done and came back over 45 minutes later at which point she loudly exclaimed “wow he’s still here?” to the reception desk. It was rude and unprofessional. They “found a way” to make it work and eventually honored the original agreement, making sure to tell me how I should bank with CNB and how happy I should be that they did this for me (i.e. that they didn’t lie). In the end, it all worked out and was a rather small part of the home buying experience. That being said, I will not work with or recommend any company or institution that breaks their word or even attempts to, hence the 1 star. Buying a home is stressful enough, there’s no need to work with an organization that makes it any more difficult."
