"I went here to pick up my household repair supplies, and I had to adapt several cpvc fittings to repair a water leak due to lack of inventory. Apparently, there has been a high demand for 1/2" cpvc materials due to the recent hard freeze. Overall, they usually have the materials I need. I have been doing my own repair work since 1963.."

"Good Customer Service not at Anniston Lowes. Trying to get a pipe cut. Waited 15 mins after the call went out on the intetcom. No one came asked appliances to make a call , there response someone just called, No one came, asked another associate oh let me find someone. Well she found 2 others employee to engage in conversation. The manager received my items back I told her I won't be back. She said ok. If the customers who said I won't be back won't come back the store will go under. It's because if Customer Service. Home Depot looks like will be gaining a customer."

"Update #2: Nevermind...they are still idiots and Annette, who is the new manager is just as bad as Walt. Unfortunately she wasn't the other mgmt that was let go. They exchanged the saw earlier for a smaller saw. We go back up there to exchange, yet again, for the correct one, and Annette says they don't do exchanges. Why did they exchange it earlier today then? Avoid N Anniston store....it is horrible!!! I will be returning everything I bought yesterday and going to Home Depot. Update 12/4: The main problem at this store (Walt) and possibly another problem person in mgmt are gone as of last Friday. They also exchanged the saw today with no issues. Hopefully they promote someone worthy of the manager position and get this store straightened out. I will update my rating if this store improves. 12/3 - N Anniston is the worst run store I have ever been in. It's always a mess. Items are scattered through the aisles and not in the proper places. Most associates avoid helping anyone. We purchased an 18.5 cu ft freezer online a few days ago, for same day delivery, and the store sent 1 person to deliver it. That freezer weighs almost 180lbs. Today, I purchased a miter saw and some other items. An associate had to hunt down the saw that was showing many in stock because there were none in the display location. After getting it down off the top rack, the box was opened. I didn't take everything out...just inspected the box to make sure it didnt look damaged. I opened it when I got home to find a used saw, covered in saw dust. Needless to say, it will be exchanged tomorrow, which is a huge hassle. We have continued to go to this location because it is 10 minutes from our house. But after today, we will drive further to go to Oxford where my parents and friends go due to them being better run and having better quality products. This is the only Lowes location I have been to that seems like a disaster, so I believe it is just a poorly run store."

"N. Anniston Lowe's has lost my business to a competitor yet again. I did not complain the multiple times I needed to bring my toddler daughter to the family restroom and it was occupied by an employee pooping. I did not complain the multiple times that the store was showing multiples of an item, but none were in stock. I have not complained about the many times I was ignored by the self checkout attendant that was playing on their phone. The pink sparkly phone cases gave it away that it was not a work handheld. I did not complain the multiple times I have gone back out to the parking lot to retrieve a lumber or flat cart as your employees were visibly goofing around in the isles. I will now complain about the multiple previous times that the panel saw was out of order, and one again it is working as well as the McDonald's ice cream machine. Yet it did not have a lockout on the local switch? The unprofessional demeanor of the employees complaining about a customer in front of other customers is astounding."

"Amazing experience! Shopped online for pick up at the store. When I got there, I went right to the lockers, put in my code and Voila! The door to my locker swung open and I was able to pick up my order safe and secure! Technology rocks! Love Lowe's!"
