"I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Joanna on my custom wedding band. My fiance and I each wanted to have a piece of our ancestors love stories as part of our own so I brought his great grandmother's ring from the 1940s/50s to Joanna and she took it and made it mine. She was incredibly patient and realistic when discussing my options and together the rings fit beautifully. I wanted to use the diamonds from the original ring but change from white gold to yellow gold. I wanted a sleeker, more delicate band as I felt the first band took over my hand and outshone my engagement ring, which I love. Joanna was super communicative via email and incredibly sweet and kind in person. I trusted her with my heirloom 100%. She even made me a necklace with the diamonds that broke in the process. "Joanna was so simply amazing in helping me create our one-of-a-kind commitment rings. She incorporated family diamonds, as well as some gold and silver pieces I had, into the rings. My man was concerned about comfort; the first day he wore his ring he was so happy to find the fit was absolutely natural. I was ecstatic how my rings turned out...I had a lot of symbolism in designing them with her, but to see the final product—Joanna just really “got” what I had described...she is an artist and truly loves what she does. She is also very calm and patient, she got back to me whenever I emailed her or left voicemails, and was forthcoming about status of completion.
