"I haven't had my child in this school for a whole month yet and I a m disgusted. They cannot pronounce her name correctly (it isn't even a hard name to say!) and then when I correct them on it they get testy and rude (especially the gentleman who calls the children for car pool). I have requested that the principal calls me back it has been a week and I have not heard anything yet. How can a school operate if the principal will not give the parent the courtesy of calling them back? Very dissatisfied... No stars from me will be given!"
