"I can’t speak more highly of my experience with the staff. They were amazing. And initially I was excited about the immediate availability and extended office hours because I would not need to take time off of work for this appointment. However, I pulled into a pitch black parking lot at 6:35pm for my 7pm appointment. It’s Daylight Savings and there are no working lights on the side of the building or in the parking lot. It is very unsafe. I had to use my phone as a flashlight to make it to my car without tripping. I would not recommend anyone scheduling an appointment here after 5pm, otherwise you will leave in the dark. I just think it’s very strange given this place sees a lot of patients who need imaging due to accidents, slips and falls."

"I had an MRI scheduled for 1245. I arrived at 1230 as required and was given a tablet to complete my medical history. I didn't have it completed before I was called by a tech. A few quick answers and the tech finished it for me. They showed me to the standard changing room & locker. I had planned ahead so only had jewelry to remove. With my locker key in hand, I moved to waiting room #2. I don't think I was there 5 minutes before I was called for the actual MRI. 30 minutes later, all was completed and I was free to go. Very nice people and a clean space."

"Tammy and Jeff performed my MRI with extreme kindness and professionalism. I was a little nervous and they quickly made sure I knew what to expect and was extremely comfortable. Catrina and Theresa in the front office were exceptional and Kimberley helped us with some insurance clarification and needs. The entire staff that I personally dealt with were exceptional. The facilities were easy to locate and access and extremely clean and comfortable. Five stars all the way around!"

"Tammy did an absolutely wonderful job! I have not had the best luck with doctors lately and she brightened my day from the moment I met her. I wish I had photos I could share but I don’t. Tammy was so kind and patient and sweet. She was one of my favorite people in the whole world by the time I left. I wish she could handle ALL my healthcare needs.
