"Called at 3:26pm on 5/30. Was placed on a brief hold for a few minutes while being transferred. The lady on the phone picked up and asked If I could be placed on hold. I said sure. I waited for 38 minutes only to be hung up on.. I am so upset.. I tried calling back multiple times and kept getting that it was “after hours” and tried to wait on the line to see if the urgent care line could help...only to be told by the urgent line that the clinic side was closed at 4:30. I had been trying to call since 4pm after being hung up on!! Make it make sense! I literally just need to make an appointment!"

"Do NOT recommend. Went for an initial colonoscopy. Procedure went well, Dr. Greenberg stated that colon tract was clear with zero polyps or issues. He did see one hemorrhoid and suggested I add more fiber to my diet. I received a bill for over $500 for "covered" procedure. I call my insurance, BCBS of SC, and was told that because he found "something" they would not cover the service. I contacted Palmetto Primary Care GI and they said they would correct the issue and resubmit because it should be covered. Yesterday I received a bill for over $450 and now I cannot reach anyone in the office. I keep getting directed to an offsite call center in another country. And the icing - they scheduled me for a 90 day colonoscopy follow up. Paid another $50 for that visit and when the doctor came in the room he said he doesn't schedule follow ups so there was nothing to discuss. That statement costed me $50. This practice is a money shark!!!"

"Extremely disappointed with all the staff here. I call and leave messages to get a call back and never do. I have to call the scheduling department in order to talk with someone and then have to wait hours before I receive a call back if I even do. The staff act like they care and say we will take care of it, you will be hearing from us shortly and then nothing is done. I am tired of the disrespectful way of service that me and my family have received from all the staff here. They have done multiple tests on my loved one only to come back with "Oh is it possible this is in your head?" Or "You have this vomiting syndrome and we are going to send in an antidepressant to fix it." Nothing has been done about that either. I feel as if me and my family have been discriminated against since we are on Medicaid and don't have some fancy paid for insurance or pay out of pocket like other patients do. If you want your problems solved DO NOT GO HERE."
