"Tryed to book reservation with the new Goose Creek location. No phone number found. Called the Summerville location. I spoke to a rude woman who told me to book it on the website. I do not have a working computer. I was in the process of asking her to book it when she hung up on me. When I redialed she had the call go to a recording. I will find a different company to deal with."
"Everyone is pleasant and professional. I have been using this location for a couple of years, and even though I have seen a couple of new faces over that time, they've always been great. Yes, it is an older location, and being a 'germafobe', it has always been clean and I have not been concerned. Will continue to use them as I have to have tests done almost monthly."
"I just had complete the kiosk process , I stood to the window to ask front desk a question being that all the seat were taken. For a moment she ignored me so I eventually said maam. She waited a few seconds before she answered and said yes!!! Question was would I receive a text because I was going to wait outside. She gave me a look of being irritated with an attitude because I simply asked a question. Maybe she needs another occupation because for sure this shouldn’t be the face of a professional business that’s well established. I for sure won’t be visiting this location again. I will be posting on Yelp as well."
"The front desk lady acts like she can’t be bothered, she was on her phone when I walked up. She proceeded to call me up, and then be on her phone again. Unprofessional if you ask me, lazy lazy lazy"
"My wife went here for some routine bloodwork, and was really concerned based on some of the other reviews that have been posted. But her experience was awesome! She was in and out in 30 minutes from the time she signed in without an appointment to the time she finished getting her blood drawn. Miss Gina only stabbed her one time and got all the blood she needed and had a smile on her face. It’s an older building, but don’t let the outside for you, the inside is clean and neat."
