"I love this clinic. The staff is very helpful and you can tell they genuinely love animals. The doctors are sweet and go out of their way to make sure your pet is comfortable. My cat is very timid, doesn't handle social interactions well, even at home (unless it's just my husband, myself, and my girls), and Dr Bass was able to give her the vaccines she needed without her feeling it or even noticing it! The assistant was able to pick her up without her getting scared, etc. I was very happy about it. Dr Sullivan has been our vet with our goats for a couple of years now, and is excellent. But this was the first time I'd had a non farm animal seen by their clinic and it was great! 10 stars! Also, since I know pricing is important for many pet owners, I wanted to add that their prices are extremely fair! At this rate, I won't meet the deductible for the Fetch pet insurance policy I have lol! But that's good too. Thanks Cedar Lake! You guys are all awesome!"

"Would not recommend at all, I am very unhappy with my experiences here. My cat was showing symptoms of being sick (breathing issues) and originally I thought he had an upper respiratory infection. The first time I brought him in he was given a shot and lysine treats. He continued to not show any signs of improvement so I brought him back in and was told he had feline herpes and was then given an antibiotic. He still continued to not show and signs of improvement so I brought him to another vet for a second opinion. Within 5 minutes at the other vet they were able to tell me he had polyps and would need to have surgery. I was very frustrated with the fact that I brought my cat to Cedar Lake two times and he was misdiagnosed twice and I spent a large amount of money on visits/medications/treatments. I went back in to attempt to get some sort of reimbursement or anything at all. I was told one of the vets would call me to discuss it with me. Two weeks passed and no call so I went back and the lady at the desk said she was unable to help me because the lady I originally spoke with was not there. She said she would leave her a note to get back to me and i’ve still heard nothing. Overall very unsatisfied and will not be going back."

"This vet was wonderful they really care about they're patients and what happens to them...my daughter's dog Venus who is 12 yrs old was very sick with her uterus and they did emergency surgery on her ..they were amazing..."

"I want to say thank you to the staff at Cedar Lake for getting my cat in as a last minute emergency. They were very understanding that my cat needed to be seen as soon as possible and got him in and comforted us as we got to say goodbye to our sweet boy! Thank you Cedar Lake staff for being you! Saying goodbye to our fur babies is hard, but when it comes to them suffering, saying goodbye is the best thing to heal their pain! Again, Thank you!"

"I’m not one to go out of my way to write reviews but I’m very disappointed in Cedar lake. Any Vet could write prescriptions, do wellness checks, groom, etc. What makes a vet GREAT is when they show compassion and empathy when it’s due. We have been loyal customers since moving to SC and have spent quite a bit of money between two dogs and a cat. Especially one who we have to take in routinely for allergies. With that being said, our cat was attacked by a neighbors dog. She’s not well. They refused to see her without a 600 dollar deposit and treatment paid in full. Very friendly/ family like when they are taking our money but when emergencies happen I can tell you they show what they’re really about. & I get it you have to run a business.. but there’s ways to do that with Grace. EDIT: she started seizing on her way to a different vet. And we had to put her down. So, thank you for that. Thank you for adding stress to a heartbreaking time. The vet we took her to immediately took her back, no questions asked. Their main PRIORITY was our cat, the animal, not $$. Shame on Cedar Lake! GREED."
