"I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!! Sat in there for an hour before someone in the next bldg told me she wasn't going to be there until 330. Had someone call and they were told 230. I shows up at 230 sharp and it turns out the lady here was hustling me. Even after showing her in writing what I needed to be tested for and her saying yes, that's a 10 panel for new hire, we can do that for you. In actuality, she purposely neglected to test for pcp and was trying to charge me for another test. Even after us supposedly coming to a resolution, having me come in and wasted 4 hours of my life that I'll never get back, I still have to go get tested for the pcp. She will try to over talk you and ignore the fact that she messed up. ITS IN WRITING!!! HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT!!!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!! SHE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!! AND WHAT IM TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF IS VERY TIME SENSITIVE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY LIE LIE LIE"

"I have been to ARCpoint Labs on a couple of occasions. They are very professional and get you in and out as quick as possible. I have gone for a UA and recently for hair follicle. I was in and in in about 20 mins. Great place to go for any lab work needed. I will definitely be using for any of my needs in this department"

"I needed a fasting blood draw for an upcoming minor surgery referral and Quest was totally booked with appointments. A quick call to ARC put me in touch with the company owner, Juan. No problem having the draw as early as the next morning. For a small fee a nurse took my samples and they were quickly submitted to Quest. I was able to pull the results as normal on 'My Quest's portal just as though the draws were taken at Quest. Juan is very professional, kind, and thorough. The facility is very clean as well. Highly recommended."
