"You the first and only White OAK Manor I can give 5 stars to, I was pleased how you took care of my father. But White Oak Manor in Columbia mistreated my father a month before my father died he told me a horror story about how they treated him. But you guys were sweet, he smell clean they made sure he was comfortable. My dad passed on. But I need to tell you Thank You White Oak Manor of Newberry tell the whole staff continue to care for patients with love. BUT THE WHITE OAK MANOR IN COLUMBIA SC KARMA IS COMING THERE WAY."

"Completely neglected my grandma. Found she had markings, emergency room confirmed not bed sores. Staff incredibly rude and neglectful resulting in her passing. If you love your family members. Pick somewhere else. Also, check nightstands. Plenty of dead creatures in there to give you a vibe of the rest of it."

"We have had multiple interactions with this facility....from caring for both grandmothers to my own mother. We found that the staff treat the residents like family. I have also had the opportunity to interact with staff as they bring residents for out-of-facility appointments.....again very professional and caring."

"White Oak Manor of Newberry is a amazing facility. My grandparents both at different times had to spend a few months at WOM for physical rehabilitation after survives and illness. The staff took great care of them and were quick to call me no matter what time day or night if something was going on with them. If I had any issues with something regarding the care of my grandparents, the staff, laundry, dietary etc I was able to voice that concern, feel like it was taken seriously and reach a resolution for everyone. I really felt like my grandparent needs were met and they were always treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Alicia and Wendy made the stressful process of getting my grands applications for residency, the necessary paperwork, and them transferred to the facility very very easy! The physical therapy department really work hard to get both of my grands where they needed to be and did a great job working with them as patients. We would do progress meetings with their care team to review with them and the family where they began, their progress, and next goals so it gave them incentive to meet that next goal. Very thankful for White Oak Manor of Newberry and all the staff for everything they did for my family!"
