"Good company and good people. Im in Arkansas and need some parts for my Chinese Tao Tao bike. Did a quick google search and was a bit skeptical but went ahead with the order as I need the parts. Had a mishap in shipping where FedEx had my address wrong for some reason but I called and they handle it same day, which entailed them calling FedEx to sort out the address issue, and I then received all my parts the next day. I haven’t installed my parts yet but from the customer service alone I’m satisfied could have took a whole other week to get the parts if they wouldn’t have taken care of the address issue quickly due to the parts being returned to sender. This company will continue getting my business when I’m in need of parts!"

"I read another review where a customer ordered apart and it didn't work for them. They said they weren't able to return it and were out the $50 they spent. Let me tell you I had a complete opposite experience. I ordered an original equipment part that for some reason didn't work. Carroll, the associate who I spoke with was extremely helpful. He sent me a second part to try and when that didn't work, he allowed me to return both! I don't believe the parts were bad but for some unknown reason they simply didn't work for me. Carroll was extremely helpful and patient and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely do business with Get 2 It Sales in the future. I don't work for them, they didn't send me anything for free and I was not persuaded to write this positive review in any way. It was simply above and beyond great customer service!!!! Thanks."
