As a new switch owner I was unaware when purchasing switch collections less than half is gonna be on the actual cartridge. So when I buy this Doom collection and I get it home it's only got one game on it.. I was hoping for more. Upon calling the store I'm told they "only offer store credit in instances such as these" and that "collections are priced accordingly assuming the DLC is already gone" (price checking online compared with computer plus shows CP is a bit more expensive) so yeah first time customer wasn't too impressed unfortunately I'm sure they'll comment to me asking me to email them to make it right, guys. I just want my $ back. This is a PSA to every business everywhere. We live in the year 2023. This is America. And no refunds? I think it's a disgrace"

The staff member today even suggested another small business that I was unaware of that can help me with my collection as well."
