Please note that clients under 18 years old must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to receive services. Minors not receiving services are not permitted in service rooms or the lobby unattended.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged in full. Our gift card policy ensures that cards purchased after January 22, 2021 expire one year and six months from the purchase date. We have also extended expiration dates for cards purchased before November 1st, 2020 due to our Covid-related closure.

"I wish I could give 0 stars for terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for a facial to relax while my husband was out of town and my kids were in daycare. My daughter woke up with a cough and a fever (diagnosed later that morning as a respiratory virus) the morning of my appointment. I called and left a message at 7:30am before they opened and called again at 9:30 to let them know I couldn't make it due to my baby being sick and not having childcare but that I'd like to reschedule for next week. Not only did they charge me for the full service, they overcharged me by $15. I booked their winter special which was advertised $130 and my card was charged $145. I understand charging a cancellation fee, but being charged for the full service when I'm asking to reschedule due to circumstances out of my control is ridiculous. What was I supposed to do? Bring my sick baby with me? Additionally the only reason I even booked here was because I was gifted a gift card and I was told that the cancellation would be charged to the card on file and I couldn't use the gift card. So now I have $130 in gift cards that will be wasted. I refuse to patronize an establishment (especially a spa) that has 0 flexibility for customers when sickness causes a need to reschedule. Do better, Pooler Day Spa."
"Destiny is absolutely amazing! It is definitely a gift to be able to make someone feel relaxed and at ease in such a vulnerable position. Getting a Brazilian Wax isn’t very pleasant but Destiny has such a calming and comforting demeanor. Destiny chats with me the whole time to draw my attention away from the not so painless experience. She is very meticulous and thorough that makes it evident that she takes pride in her work and what she does. The spa itself is so serene and all the staff makes me feel so welcomed. I can not recommend Pooler Day Spa enough, and I’m constantly singing Destiny’s praises to anyone who is on the search for an Esthetician!"
