"Disappointed that I wasn't asked what type of mani and pedi I wanted b4 they started. I came in and requested both after reviewing options online. Had 2 people working on me and even after looking at a menu that I hadn't noticed was near chair. No one cared to see if I wanted something else. They were finished in 29 min for both jobs. Which is great if I was in a rush. I wasn't and wanted another option that was longer and cost more money. I hadn't had either service in a while, so it would've been nice to be relaxed and not rushed. It wasn't closing time, there was more than enough techs in building for a Fri night. The overall job done was ok and satisfied me for my pictures the next day."

"my pedicure was great, my only complaint was the hot towels they put on my feet were the temperature of the sun. i probably won’t be back because they werent doing nails and people were waiting around not realizing they couldn’t get their nails done and then eventually had to leave. it was confusing."

"I went into shop for the 1st time & last time Friday for sns/dip powder and pedi. By the time I arrived at my family's in Indiana on Mon 11-21, moms bday, only 4 nails in tact, 6 broke off my natural nails into skin. I tried calling the # from the website and received only message the wireless customer was unavailable. Since moving from Atlanta area to Savannah area finding a worthwhile nail tech for prices they charge post pandemic isn't worth it! So disappointed is putting it politely."

"The guy that does my nails most times does a fantastic job, I really should have asked for his name to mention here. Sometimes it has taken a while to start the services I’m there for but I understand. I have gone to a few other nail places and been disappointed by price and procedure, I keep coming back here as the prices are a cheaper and the quality of the nails is something I never have to worry about. I haven’t had the same experience as others describe here."
