"Got my lashes done. They lasted about 8 days. The associate was very nice and gentle. The lashes were a little thicker than I would've wanted. I would've preference something that looked a little more natural. But, for the price, I really can't complain."

"I walked in last week, approached a man sitting at one of the tables, he didn’t see me, he was digging deep in his ear with his bare finger, then proceeded to wipe the brown waxy contents on his pant leg, I said “excuse me” he looked up at me like I had two heads, I asked for a full set, he still staring blankly at me, then another man comes to the table and asks me if I want a full set, I say yes please, coffin shape, he translates to the man sitting, they tell me to sit, I ask if he could please wash his hands before he touches me, and he agrees. Then what should have taken 45 minutes max took over an hour and a half, I was the only customer at the salon, my nails were unevenly polished, and the shape was less than accurate. I was not pleased with the work, I will not go back."

"I walked in and was greeted and taken back right away and both of the gentlemen were nice. The place was clean but the only major part I had was when he was taking my gel polish off with the drill and he cut my skin and caused my toe to bleed and he tried to play it off as if I didn't feel it or saw the blood because he just cleaned it and continued to work but I left and went home and cleaned it and made sure it didn't get infected or show signs of an bacteria . I wouldn't go back because I'm scared because he didn't throw away the tool he used on me with my blood on it or disinfect it right away so that tells me sterilization is not a priority and I need all my toes and don't want any infection passed to me from someone else."

"The man was very rude and racist. Online it says one price than the store so before I sat down I asked how much for a fill in he said 30 so I decided to get my daughter a full set he said it was 40. With no design. Okay so when I go to pay him the $70 he tells me to pay him $110. I said no that’s not correct. Other customers were asking him how and what did charge me for he said he didn’t have to tell me and call police. I waited for police to show and explain the same thing to the officer. When all was said the man still try to make me pay. I didn’t pay him . I will never ever be back in that dirty shop horrible customer service"
