There were people like myself waiting for assistance, while three young ladies walked around giggling as though there were customers needing help. I had to say excuse me can I get some help, after waiting several minutes!!! Then one of the girls had the audacity to mumble something smart about me asking for my refund! Poor customer service!!!!"
