"Fellow Charleston Pet Owners: Avoid this Business! After seemingly going to All Creatures every week for 6 months with my two boys, Billy & Majesty will no longer be patients at this clinic. I was confronted by a loud and angry man in the waiting room. I was afraid of the man and upset at the receptionist for not addressing the situation. I felt unsafe in the waiting room so I had my significant other call the receptionist to hopefully separate me from the man who told me to shut up. I am a small 21 year old female. She did nothing and didn't recognize the growing safety concern. In fact, she claimed my boyfriend was rude and caused her to cry. She proceeds to leave the waiting room all together, leaving us unattended. We eventually had Billy's vaccine and left. Later that evening an ACVC vet called my boyfriend and told him we were no longer welcome there because we "made the receptionist cry." ACVC also put on my dogs record a twisted synopsis of these events just to follow us to our next vet! My boyfriend only asked to speak to a manager and for me to be separated from the man. ACVC doesn't care about their clients. They only seem to care about their staff. Go somewhere else!"
