"If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was my first and last visit to this business. As a first time customer you at least expect your first service to go well. I knew when I dropped off my clothes something was not going to be right when I came back for pickup. When I arrived on Saturday, the young lady gave me my drycleaning and I could tell through the plastic it was not right. I opened the bag while standing there, only to discover what looked like I ironed my clothes at home instead of Drycleaned with a crease like I asked for by a professional .The young lady called the manager and told her I was unsatisfied due to I asked that my outfit have a crease. The manager said could I come back on Monday she would have it redone. Today I go back on my lunch, I asked for it to be ready by 12, I didn't get there until 1:00. The lady at the desk had no clue about my garment being redone they hadn't even touched it. I was livid. I asked her to call the manager, their was no apology given by the manager, she simply told the worker to press it now. Here I am on my lunch ,waiting again for something that should have been done. As a manager I gave you a second chance to get it right and you failed your customer. This was not a good first experience , I will continue to take my business to Curry Cleaners as I've always done. Customer Satisfaction is key for me."
