"Hired this business 11/2023, paid half up front of $5,200 to repair fireplace. Didn't hear from them until WE called 1/2024 They worked on the fireplace 1/16/2024. The fireplace floor mortar cracked by the next morning. Spent 5 days trying to contact them. Finally responded, they will try to repair this on 2/5/2024 , 3 months after they were hired."

"This company replaced a chimney surround and cap which a hurricane in the fall of 2019 took out. They were prompt and easy to work with on all occasions. They kept me informed of the status of the project as the surround had to be back ordered owing to the manufacturer not having one. Their estimate for the project proved correct."

"The chimney cap and surround on one of my chimneys blew off in last fall's hurricane. Sweeps came out promptly following my call to see what had transpired. Apparently a branch from a near by tree did the damage in the storm. Sweeps offered the option of just replacing the cap which would safeguard the chimney and house or replacing the surround as well. Replacing the surround doubled the estimate, but I did appreciate the option. After some reflection, I went with replacing the cap and surround. The cap had to be ordered and did not take too long. It was almost invisible from the street but the chimney looked odd missing the surround, and all the other homes have surrounds, so ... was glad I had that option. The surround had to be manufactured which took a good bit of time, but when it came Sweeps called, scheduled and mounted it. I would ad they stayed within their estimates, even when the manufacturer sent the wrong cap base and a second had to be installed. They kept me informed and answered calls promptly. Did quality work and remained within the estimate. Professional."
