"I called for a service call at 7:32am. Brittany was super nice, and patient on the phone! She had explained to me that all of the technicians were out on calls already for the early morning, but assured me that someone could come to my residence that later morning. At 9:43am, I received a notification that Kody Crowe was en route to my residence! I was not expecting it to be so soon that they come to me. This was so convenient because the text gave you a summary about the technician and you can track the location of the technician as well. He also called me to notify me as well. He called me right after his surveying of the house, which was a hour later. He was clear and concise about every detail he explained, down to the pieces, and price. Kody was very professional, patient, responsive, helpful, and nice! He got me taken care of. Thank you!! Excellent customer service!!! Especially during emergencies. This experience stood out to me more than the rest because I was treated like my issue really mattered, and was resolved in a timely manner! I would highly recommend this company to everyone! 5 STARS for sure!! Thank you so much!"

"I called this morning and a tech was able to come out in just a few hours. Noel was extremely professional and friendly. He diagnosed our system and gave me a very thorough update. He priced out everything and gave me different scenarios/options. Update: Kody and Noel came back to install our new system just 2 days after they came and looked at our old one. They did an excellent job getting the new systems in and up and running. Both are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Kody was very thorough going over the new thermostat and all its features with me. He made sure I was very comfortable with everything before he left."

"Hands down the absolute best! Kody was extremely knowledgeable about every inch of the unit and answered all of my questions and concerns in depth. He actually took the time to explain it so I was able to understand what was going on. My husband and I decided it was time for a whole new unit so we asked him questions about going in that direction. Again, Kody was very knowledgeable about the different systems and gave us our options. He wasn't pushy about anything or trying to get us to go a particular path. We went with getting a whole new unit and couldn't be more pleased with how he conducted the entire project. He kept his work space very clean, he put all of the old parts in one spot and not just thrown all over the ground like most would have. Once the unit was in, there was an open space from the brick to the new unit because the old unit was so big and bulky. Kody fixed it so nothing would be able to get under the house. Crowe's Comfort Solutions is definitely a 10/10. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a small job or a big job!"
