"The first time I called and made an appointment the technician did not show up or call. When I received the bill for services not performed I called and they agreed to give me a discount on my next appointment. When I received the bill for the next appointment it did not reflect the discount. In addition there was an up charge for my skylights which had previously been included. I was not told in advance of this charge. It has taken several phone calls and emails to try to correct the problem and it was not done to my satisfaction. I recommend using someone else."
