"I think they should replace all the small washers with only big washers that holds 4-5 loads of laundry at once. That way people can get in and out in less than 2 hours washing clothes. The dryers should be the same way and if someone only has a small load then there should only be two small washing machines available."

"Coin machines stay out of order. And recently used the large washing machine $6.50 only for it not to wash properly, when it finish the clothes still was soaked in water. Dryers on high heat but still not drying effectly so which means i have to put more coin in to dry and even still on high heat its still not compelety dry. Because of the coin machine being out of order i have to leave and get more coin. Making all this inconveint apending 3 hours 1hour washing and 2 hours trying to get the clothes dry when it shouldnt have taken that long."
"The detergent ports on the washers need to be cleaned and half the dryers didn't work. Also only a handful of the ones that "worked" actually got hot enough to dry the clothes. After a full 60 minutes in the dryer I still left with damp clothes"
