"DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We were first time customers dropping off and having items dry cleaned for an event. I dropped off a gown to be taken in and very minimal altering and and dropped off a brand new suit. Alterations on my gown were trash!!!! Did not actually take in the dress like asked and would not credit us for the $95 dollars worth of alterations. Told us we should have tried on before paying(by the way, they don’t have a dressing room). Went to pick up items because we received a text they were ready. Arrived, we’re made to pay for everything up front, which was fine, however, the employee could not find my husband suit jacket or button down shirt. She informed us she would have to call her manager to find out what is going on. We waited with no luck. We asked for the employee to call us when the manager arrived. Never did so we called and were informed the manager was in route to the store and would give us a call. 2 hours later, no call. We called again….we ask about the missing items which the THOUGHT were delivered to another customer and we’re going to call the customer to see if they could come pick them up. Spoke to the owner who has zero customer service or business sense to actually do right by their customers. We still have not received a call back from them letting us l ow the status of the suit. When we asked about them paying us back for the clothes, we were told they have to verify if they are in fact missing!!!! Trash service. Not professional. Lacks complete business sense!"

"UPDATED! After looking at his clothes his $150 dress shirt was missing 3 buttons. That was a great surprise when we got to a wedding. And a close friend had her husband’s items cleaned here and they burnt his collar. Will NEVER go back. Great customer service!! They did an amazing job on my husbands work clothes. And they were completed day before they quoted. Will definitely be going back!"

"Customer service was good. My main complaint is they clearly don’t care about the quality of your clothes.. they broke 2 of my buttons and ripped one completely off. Thank god I checked my shirt before I have to wear it this week.. I thought it was odd when I removed my shirt from the plastic that nothing was buttoned but now it makes sense.. it also looks like they didn’t even clean my husbands shirt cause the collar is still dirty."
