"Shower drain had been semi-clogged since we bought the house a month ago but we hadn't had the time to worry about it. Called and spoke with Becky (very kind) and Brian and Josh came. Found grout wasn't sealed from tile installation and had filled most of the drain and p-trap. Cleaned it all, replaced p-trap, and were Covid masked and courteous the entire time. Excellent experience!"
