He was great, polite and knowledgeable and had some good suggestions. I have the twice yearly inspection and maintenance contract. I highly recommend it. They installed our unit years ago, and at first it had some glitches, but they stayed on it until it was fixed. Now it is perfect and has been for many years! They called it a learning experience since it was a brand new fancy computer model! All done under warranty. I judge a company NOT by whether there ARE issues, but how they respond! McGee gets an A+.
