"*PARENTS BEWARE* I have never in my life had such a shocking experience with any type of company that needs to come into your home & Molly Maid's response was completely insufficient. I scheduled a deep clean. My baby was waking up from her first nap as they were arriving so I grabbed the door first as to not make them wait. Cookie & Kat were our cleaners. Kat asked where I wanted them to start & they were standing in my entryway blocking the stairs. I told them I heard the baby & was about to go get her so they could start upstairs. I went into the kitchen to grab something for the baby & before I even turned around, I heard Cookie talking to my baby who was now screaming loudly because she had opened the door & gone straight into baby's room. NO. You never just go into a closed room with someone in it, especially a baby's room. I ran up the stairs & grabbed my baby. Cookie was standing over the crib saying something like "oh she's crying louder", yes because a stranger came into her room! I was completely in shock that someone would have the gaul to do this. My husband was not home yet and I knew we needed the house cleaned before family arrived the next day from out of state so although I wanted to tell them to leave immediately, I took my baby & went downstairs. When it came time for baby to go down for her second nap, Cookie said "She just got up". Um excuse me, did anyone ask your opinion about my baby's sleep schedule & needs? NO! Completely inappropriate. I would never let Molly Maid employees in my home again. I called that night to let management know about this inappropriate behavior. Sheronda said something like "well didn't you want them to clean up there first?" Yes, but that doesn't mean go into a crying baby's room & it's not like they had brought all their equipment upstairs & had already started cleaning. This girl came in my house & went straight into my baby's closed room! Afterwards, I was sitting in my living room & saw huge hand prints all over my windows from across the room & realized my house was not very clean. I took over 90 photos of the areas skipped: Windows & windowsills (Sheronda said they don't clean windows) kitchen table- crumbs & smudges kitchen cabinet doors dishwasher pantry floor top & sides of microwave a rug in the hall bathroom floors bathroom shelves kid table in living room dryer had detergent all over top/front still fridge door handles & ice maker burners had rings & crumbs on stovetop kitchen counter near coffee maker & cutting board areas- items not moved to clean they left their dirty rag on the stairs stair/hall banister no vacuuming in my son's room, visible debris crib not moved to clean behind it torn tissue pieces all over monitor on desk in hall upstairs visibly dusty spare bathroom upstairs: sink dirty, wall next to sink toothpaste splatter left, lights not dusted, floors, toilet sides and bottom floor in master bedroom not vacuumed master bath shower door & wall (so they only did the floor of the shower) master bath light fixture & door frame had visible dust large painting hanging in kitchen not dusted kitchen light had cobwebs and visible dust on lightbulb/fixture master bedroom nightstand visible drink spills left, lamps not dusted kitchen floor by oven I called Sheronda back the next day to let her know my house was also barely cleaned & ask if she wanted the photos but she was not available & called me back after 6pm when my family was arriving from out of state. The next day she claimed it was longer than 24 hours since they cleaned so she couldn't honor their cleaning guarantee & was only offering a 25% refund. I called her within that timeframe to submit the photos & she was not available every time I called the office since then. Sheronda claimed that Cookie had a traumatic experience with a sibling being stuck in a crib as a baby as the reason she went into my baby's room which to me is even more concerning that her unresolved childhood trauma is obviously affecting her actions today & more reason to be concerned for my baby's safety! Stay away!"

"At first it was weird having someone come clean my house.. but after just a few visits, I feel so comfortable with Malisa and Kayla, who are assigned to my house. With the busyness of work and arthritis of my spouse and I, Molly Maid has been a great service for us! They let us know when they are coming, work with our schedule and clean my whole house more quickly (and thoroughly)! than I could do. (And they love my dog). ;). I even hired Molly maid of Greenville as a gift for a friend of mine who had surgery, and she loved the service as well! And the first cleaning that they did for us was a deep cleaning of the house, which really got all that old built up dust and grime cleaned up For us!"

"Melissa and Kayla always do a great job cleaning our house once a month. There is one room in our house we told them that they did not have to clean because it is usually cluttered, but they go above and beyond and will vacuum it for us! It is so nice coming home to a clean house once a month. We have two fluffy dogs who shed a TON, and keeping up with their shedding is a losing battle, but Kayla and Melissa get up virtually all of the dog hair. They also give our pups dog treats when they visit! We do our best to try and clear off surfaces before they come so that they can spend their time focusing on what they do best. If you are looking for a good clean at a fair price, I recommend Molly Maid. We pay $130/month for our 1600-1700 sq ft home. If you are extremely particular, you may have to pay more, as I'm sure the staff at Molly Maid are underpaid for the hard work they do.
