"I cannot recommend Nano Solutions given the experience I had. In short, Nano Solutions was hired to install a french drain to address moisture problems in the crawl space of my home. The quote specified a french drain and two catch basins would be installed to address this issue. The system installed is not a french drain, and the individual who installed it even admitted that this is the case. It is supposed to be a gravity-fed system, wherein gravity drains the water out of the catch basins and away from the house. However, the first catch basin's outlet is lower than the pipe it feeds into and water fills to the lip of the catch basin. The top of the pipe is visible from ground level and was buried only a few inches deep. Furthermore, they drilled holes into the piping and covered it in pea gravel that is smaller than the holes they drilled. When I brought up that this would allow the gravel to enter the pipe, they tried to tell me I was wrong. It really isn't that difficult; hole bigger than gravel means gravel can get in hole. This simply is not a good system. When I discussed these issues with their representative, we came to a written agreement via email on the issues I had and how they would be fixed. However, on the day they were going to fix these issues they decided to try and tell me how my concerns were invalid and I was wrong. The only thing the owner and his staff did that day was interrupt, belittle, and ignore me. I have done extensive research and sought outside counsel, and no one agreed that this system would work. I feel it is my duty to at least warn others that in my experience, Nano Solutions was a mistake to hire."

"After purchasing a new home and removing vent covers, I was in need of someone to not only remove the mold and mildew throughout the air ducts, but also get rid of the worst mildew smell I’ve ever encountered. I called Nano, spoke with Savannah, who was absolutely amazing, professional, courteous, and thorough. She had Lee come out and give me an estimate for cleaning the HVAC system, each individual register duct, and also spraying a pretreatment on the concrete slab before sealing. Lee was out here the next day, very polite and professional, easily figured out what needed to be done. He came and did the floor treatment within 24 hours of me calling him, 3 weeks after the estimate, and again came back to finish when all the construction dust was gone. There was an IMMEDIATE difference in air quality, one I can’t even begin to express, and I’ve never been happier with a company. If you are in need of this type of job, call Savannah and Lee…. Not only will your house be happier, but they can give you that clean feeling your mind wants! I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know and will use them in the future, have I any other issues! Affordable, professional all the way around, and a great team of people!
