"They are the worst of the worst people I ever knew! Since Dr. Gradous sold out to this other veterinarian, Springwood, is a horrible place to take your pet! On February 5th, 2024, I took my doberman to this clinic. After going to the blue pearl hospital, he was diagnosed they at the pearl treated him, but told me he needed more treatment, but Springwood Veterinarian clinic refused him because he didn't have appointment for his emergency. So I ended up taking him to another veterinarian hospital that saved his life! They said if I hadn't bought him to the hospital, he would have died he stayed overnight, and on February 6th, he came home and is recovering. So, no, I wouldn't let Springwood Veterinarian Clinic take care of any pet I own because they are simply in this business for the MONEY!! THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PETS !"

"The place has fallen apart. There is absolutely no structure since Dr. Graddus retired. This place use to be somewhere you could go and know your pet was getting the best treatment for the even better price. I literally gave up on possible treatment for my dog at this place because of their lack of organization, failure to do their job, and all the excuses they come up with as to why they didn’t do something or didn’t mention about my dogs treatment. If you love your animals, then do your self a favor and keep clear of this place."

"My regular vet was unavailable today. Springwood took us as a walk in and treated us like they've been seeing us forever. My elderly dog needed some xrays and medicines and the folks here showed him lots of love and thorough care. I'm very grateful to them"

"Today I brought two cats for an immunization record history request. The staff searched the archives and located them. Due to circumstances, I unexpectedly needed to board the cats but they required an additional vaccine. The staff remained helpful. They delayed their lunch break to prepare, administer, deliver, and print the medical reports. I’m grateful for their help, patience, flexibility, sensitivity, and assistance. They went above and beyond. But I now understand when they’re busy, it can be hectic. I brought in my cat for a 1:30p appointment a few weeks ago. Unfortunately 45 minutes after the appointment time, an animal had to be euthanized. Understanding the situation, I was able to leave the cat and returned later prior to closing. My cat had become agitated and aggressive. I’d granted permission to sedate him prior to leaving. I was then allowed to leave him overnight. I returned prior to their closing time on Wednesday at 11:50a. The cat still had not been examined. It seemed they only attempted examination when I would arrive or inquired. It took 24 hours to complete the examination. Fortunately, the results of the lab work were quick and allowed treatment. This is not the same practice. But they’re working to improve and accommodate everyone efficiently. The furniture in every aspect of the facility is excessive. Walk-ins negate the purpose of an appointment. They answer the phones more expediently. But the cost for exams, X-rays, and lab work is higher. It would help if they had an annual pay per month plan for care. At least the appointment will be expedient. The staff was apologetic but the delays were inconvenient."

"Picked up my SIL's dog from being boarded here for a few days. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and the place looked clean. They gave Truffle a physical and updated his shots while he was there. No need for a second trip! He looked happy and health at pick up and came with a Report Card."
