"Pharmacy staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Blatantly rude every single time, not helpful at all, AND my prescription had a consult notice on it for it being a new prescription and they didn’t say anything to me, I never even saw the actual pharmacist. Won’t be coming back after this happening multiple times."
"This place is so predictable, what do I mean by predictable? Well you can always count that there is going to be a LONG line because the cashier is either going to be talking with someone for 15 minutes, doesn’t know how to give the correct change, or the customer is arguing about coupons. It is literally ALWAYS something at this place. I would genuinely feel comfortable enough to start betting money that the things I listened above will happen. It’s laughable at this point. Anyways at least everyone is friendly, just not efficient."
"I went to get a prescription filled that they supposedly said I picked up a month ago. I never picked up that prescription. Now I have to get another prescription and pay out of pocket because insurance won't cover another month's supply. This is the second time I had an issue with the cvs pharmacy here. I'll probably be transferring my prescriptions to somewhere else."
"The pharmacy staff are very friendly and helpful however I have received a call 2 times now saying my prescription was ready for pick up. Both times I arrived to pick up the prescription to be told it was never filled. The automated call needs to be corrected."
"They’re always very slow but I just experienced the woman at the window mocking me. That’s being filed with corporate since someone like that shouldn’t be working there. Yes, I certainly hope it does cost her her job."
